What should I bring/wear on my first visit?

If you didn’t fill out the paperwork online, please bring a pre-filled copy to your appointment. Also, please bring some loose fitting clothing as most treatment is done on the skin. Anything from the low back to the feet, please wear shorts.

What should I expect on my first visit?

The first visit is about an hour. We will begin with the history of the injury and evaluation so we can determine the cause of the injury and not just treat the symptom. An adjustment may be done at the beginning or end to correct the joint position but is not always necessary or required. Manual therapy on the soft tissue (muscle, fascia, tendon, ligaments) will be performed followed by functional rehab exercises. If he discovers that the injury is not soft tissue related, he will refer you to the appropriate provider or for imaging.

Do you accept health insurance?

We no longer accept health insurance. Our goal is to resolve your injuries/pain as quickly as possible and the insurance companies’ goal is to spend as little money as possible. Upon request, we can provide superbills which you may submit for direct reimbursement from your insurance company.
